These terms cover your use of the MaplePot website. MaplePot is being built as a brokerage for people in Lebanon. The product is not open. Browsing the site, reading it, or using the preview form does not open an account, create a brokerage relationship, or accept an offer to buy or sell a stock, ETF, commodity, or crypto.

A registered entity, a license, and terms for a live account have not been published. Those terms will replace these before anyone can fund an account or trade. Nothing here limits a right the law does not allow to be waived.

Nothing on the site is a live quote, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell a stock, ETF, commodity, or crypto. Prices, performance figures, and portfolio values are illustrative previews. Markets move. You can lose principal.

MaplePot is not a bank. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about your own money are yours.

The Request access form stores an email address in the browser where you typed it. It is not sent to MaplePot. Submitting it does not reserve a place, and it does not mean an invitation will follow. How the form works is described in the privacy policy.

MaplePot is being designed for people living in Lebanon who want stocks, ETFs, commodities, and crypto in one account. The website does not decide whether any person may one day open an account. Eligibility, funding from Lebanon, and how cash and assets are protected will be explained before an account can be funded.

You may read the site and use the preview as it is offered. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for a weakness, or present the MaplePot name or leaf as if you were MaplePot or a partner. The name, the leaf, and the writing on these pages belong to MaplePot.

The site is provided as a preview. Pages, figures, and wording can change or disappear without notice. MaplePot does not promise that the site will be available, complete, or free of mistakes.

To the extent the law allows, MaplePot is not liable for a decision you make from an illustrative figure on this site, or for a loss that comes from the site being wrong, interrupted, or withdrawn.
